Hispanic branding agency is in need of an award-winning, out-of-box-thinking Spanish-speaking Creative Director.

The ideal Creative Director is an interdisciplinary thinker with creative (visual, experiential, and copy) expertise who will be responsible for taking our client’s goals, translating them into creative strategies, and then leading teams through research and strategy, ideation and concepts to develop narratives and platforms for integrated cultural campaigns and brands.

Team members are located in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, and Austin, so you will do all brainstorms and work remotely.

Responsibilities of the Creative Director:
? Lead, develop and own the creative strategy and provide guidance for visual and experiential design on integrated cultural campaigns as well as branding and narrative strategy for clients
? Help refine the strategic vision of the department and agency and lead in achieving goals and identifying growth opportunities internally
? Remain current with visual and storytelling trends across all communication channels and mediums
? Help lead in cultivating an authentic and compassionate culture within our agency and teams

Requirements of the Creative Director:
? 7+ years of creative development and creative execution experience as a copywriter, art director, associate creative director or other creative supervisor
? 3+ years of these years must be specific creative management/leadership experience
? A portfolio that demonstrates creative strategy experience from an integrated marketing perspective featuring TV, radio, and OOH, but most importantly, one that focuses on today’s most relevant channels including digital, social, influencers, strategic partners, and experiential marketing
? An understanding of the current political + cultural landscape
? A comprehensive understanding of the ecosystem of an integrated cultural campaign and how a narrative (or concept) unfolds within each area such as TV, radio, digital, experiential, social media, OOH
? Experience working with specific budgets and/or other brand designated restrictions for production and bringing ideas to life
? Experienced with Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and ability to work within the Google Suite
? Native English speaker, and a plus if Bilingual in Spanish
