Calling all Marketing Managers who have managed marketing campaigns for consumer goods or food service products and are highly analytical and data driven. Our food service client looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team in a direct hire capacity.

This is a direct hire, hybrid position that is planning to start August/September 2022. Client has locations in Indianapolis and Oshkosh, WI, so would prefer talent within driving distance.

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
Provide the sales team with all of the tools needed for a successful go to market/sales strategy approach via primarily traditional marketing tactics driven by data findings
Managing Program Development from inception to delivery and determines Product Mix, Design offering, Packaging, and Program P&L
Evaluating market dynamics, data and insights to develop marketing strategies via traditional channels (some digital, but primarily traditional) for assigned customers and End Users leveraging Firefly data, Salesforce, industry white papers, 3rd party data, voice of the customer, internal reports, etc.
Developing pricing strategies that achieve the company profitability benchmarks
Assistance in developing the go to market tools necessary for sales - one sheets, PowerPoints and other similar sales enablement tools
Supporting new product introductions to evaluate best positioning and value proposition for assigned customers/end users
Sales analysis, forecasting, and budgeting/planning

The Marketing Managers required qualifications are:
Around 5 years of experience evaluating data to determine the best marketing campaign / go to market sales strategy via traditional marketing tactics for consumer goods or food service products
Highly analytical and data driven
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and the full Microsoft Office Suite
Has worked very closely with Product and Sales teams in a support type of marketing position
Comfortable with a VoC (voice of customer) approach
Experience working with a lot of cross functional groups

The Marketing Managers preferred qualifications are:
Local to Indianapolis, IN or Oshkosh, WI
Background in manufacturing or food service products
