A health group Northwest Houston is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join its team. This is a HYBRID, FULL TIME assignment that starts ASAP. Client expressed urgency in filling this role.

Option to work remote for 1-3 days per week; required to be in the office 2-3 days per week.

The ideal Social Media Coordinator is up to date on all of the main social platforms (specifically Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), is comfortable working with a variety of social tools available, and has proven experience using KPIs ad key metric drivers to grow pages.

+ Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
+ 2+ years of experience in social media or public relations.

The Social Media Coordinator will report to the Digital Marketing Manager, also based in Houston. The rest of the marketing team is based in Mexico City.

+ Create and implement company wide training on social sharing best practices and dos and donts of creating a social brand.
+ Assist training team with posting promotional flyers on social media, uploading training videos to OneStream (software that allows scheduling live streams on Facebook) and PodBean (platform where all training videos are stored)
+ Work with legal team to conduct media monitoring on user compliance to ensure global compliance and adherence to corporate guidelines.
+ Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members/followers/subscribers to take action.
+ Assist with other marketing tasks such as creating a blog strategy and email marketing.
+ Gather and report KPIs for social media and training teams.
+ Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing/training/sales, to ensure brand consistency.
+ Stay up to date on market, educational, and social/digital trends.
+ Complete all tasks on time and maintain professional behavior at all times when working with colleagues and clients.
