Our client, a global health and wellness company, is looking for a Remote Paid Social Marketing Manager to join their team full time.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team and help grow the performance marketing function of the organization. In this role, the Remote Paid Social Marketing Manager will craft, launch, and optimize high performing paid tactics that drive tangible business results. You will expertly scale investments to consistently deliver on ambitious growth goals, fueled by your endless curiosity and experimental mindset while collaborating with other marketing channel owners.

Specific responsibilities include:

- Strategize, execute and analyze paid social campaigns across channels, including organization and daily bid/ budget management
- Overseeing testing plans and seed audience builds
- Using reporting, analytics and trends tools to measure performance and identify opportunities
- Manage large budgets
- Collaborate with search, video, display, email and creative teams
- Manage 2-3 direct reports and agency partners

The ideal candidate has at least 6+ years of experience in paid social, either at a boutique agency or high-growth in-house team. You must be hands on in Facebook Ads Manager and Power Editor, a healthy mix of strategic, analytical and executional skills.

- Enthusiastic and goal-oriented, acts as an individual contributor in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Bachelors degree
