Our client, a top media planning and buying agency is currently seeking a Paid Social Media Manager with an emphasis and strength in Social Media Marketing in our future Lyndhurst, New Jersey office.

***Candidates must have a minimum of 2-3 years of brand-focused social and digital media experience.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Paid Social Media Manager will:

- Work with Campaign Managers in maintaining all areas of self-serve Social Media campaigns from implementation, maintenance and optimization
- Assist Planner/Buyers in negotiation of Media Buys, makegoods, positions, value add negotiations across all digital channels
- Prepare and deliver buying and digital trafficking specs and guidelines
- Support in weekly and end of campaign reporting and insights
- Assist in presentation of data, media research and analytics to clients
- Manage Vendor Billing

To be successful, the Paid Social Media Manager will have:

- Bachelor’s Degree with 2-3 years of media buying/planning experience
- Experience running paid social media campaigns for multiple client accounts
- Working knowledge of self-serve platforms such as: Google Ads (YouTube), Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Studio
- Experience with key business tools for Media (ie Prisma, DCM, Innovid, Data Studio)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.
