Our agency client is looking for Business Development Account Manager to join their team full time. If you are an established business development hunter, with knowledge of the events, creative and communications world - we'd love to talk to you!

What you'll be doing as the Business Development Account Manager:
- Identifying, developing and closing new business with new targets and existing clients.
- Building and maintaining key customer relationships
- Developing client presentations and business proposals with that clearly articulate the value and client's unique methodology.
- Liaising between client and production team, being the voice of the client and quickly resolving any conflicts.
- Providing strategic and tactical guidance to client.
- Work with management, financial and production teams to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Preparing estimate, MSAs, SOWs, and other client agreements; managing final project budget and reconciliation.
- Organizing/facilitating clients meetings and client debriefs.
- Managing production scope change requests and client approvals.
- Being responsible project scope and quality of delivery.
- Developing account plans and growth strategy, working closely with COO and GM.
- Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly sales activity & forecasting
- Reviewing opportunities and RFPs and completing needs assessment and lead production team in developing proposals that address the client's needs, concerns, objectives and RFP requirements.
- Attending industry functions and conferences; providing feedback and information on market and creative trends

Skills and Requirements:
- Existing active senior-level contacts in the automotive, pharmaceutical, financial and other global industries
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles (business development, account management, sales, production) in corporate events and experiential marketing industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to develop business relationships at Sr. and C-level
- Self-starter with get-job-done attitude
- Proven experience negotiating and closing large deals.
- Proficiency and expertise in Excel and PPT/Keynote.
