Our client, a large company that works on packaging for various brands is seeking a Production Coordinator to manage packaging projects for cosmetics!

This is a remote role but will go onsite in October (office across the street from Grand Central Station

The ideal Production Traffic Coordinator will
- Oversee end-to-end workflow of mechanicals in multiple categories from project briefing through artwork release focused on urgent deliverables to meet deadline.
- Develop high level proficiency in electronic workflow system and be able to troubleshoot for allcategories.
- Develop and launch projects in the electronic workflow system (Webcenter, PHQ).
- Review and confirm accuracy of all artwork assets in preparation for artwork production. These include Design, die lines, codes, copy, color, print specifications
- Manage trafficking of mechanicals and client approval.

The ideal Production Traffic Coordinator should have:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of artwork management experience preferably in Consumer Goods/Beauty product/package development.
- Comfortable dealing with cross-functional partners
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects of low to medium complexity to successful completion; able to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of artwork mechanical development and production process.
