Our client, a media agency, is in need of a Digital Media Planner / Buyer to join their growing team, full time.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Digital Media Planner / Buyer will be responsible for:

- Assisting with planning and implementation for client accounts across digital channels
- Training/Support for Assistant Planners in reporting, analytics, trafficking, research and billing
- Assisting in presentation of data, insights and media to clients
- Crafting knowledgeable and relevant POVs that assess media opportunities and place appropriate value
- Managing Vendor Billing: insertion orders, monthly billing reports, discrepancy resolution, and reconciliations
- Assisting supervisor in negotiation of Buys, Makegoods, Positioning, Value Add Negotiations
- Drawing actionable insights based off syndicated data
- Building relationships with sales reps to analyze value and applicability of media vehicles for client media plan
- Creating or assisting in the creation of dynamic presentations that effectively communicate to our clients
- Maintaining a knowledge of all ad serving platforms across platform
- Preparing and deliver buying and or digital trafficking specs and guidelines

- To be considered and successful, the Digital Media Planner / Buyer will have:

- Bachelor’s Degree; related internship experience strongly preferred
- Integrated media buying/planning experience
- Experience with key business tools for Media
- Must possess desire to advance analytical, research, and quantitative skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, detail-orientation, follow-though skills

- This is a remote opportunity during Covid. Office will be relocating to Lyndhurst in the Spring, must have flexibility to come onsite occasionally. TBD
