Our client, an award-winning creative agency with clients in the arts and entertainment space, is looking for a Digital Project Manager to join their team full time OR freelance to full time.

***Please note, the team is currently offsite, but will be returning to 3 days per week onsite in July, then a full time onsite return to work in the Fall.***

In this role, the Digital Project Manager will own the project management process from inception to final delivery across all digital projects: website builds, email campaigns, banner ad development and digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities for the Digital Project Manager include:

- working with clients to assess needs, develop scopes, create timelines, and create budgets
- working across creative, account and media teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- communicating all project updates, potential roadblocks and solutions to team and clients
- managing resourcing across projects
- lead workflow on multiple high priority projects simultaneously
- updating accounts, raising POs and ensuring proper billing
- identifying freelance talent as needed
- delivering high levels of communication and service to clients
- building partnerships with internal teams

Requirements for the Digital Project Manager include:

- at least 3-5 years of digital production / project management in a fast-paced agency setting
- deep understanding of design, development and digital marketing including: UX/UI, SEO, email marketing / Mailchimp, Wordpress, CMS systems, etc.
- solution-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- proactive, dynamic and responsive with the ability to thrive in an autonomous setting
- strong client facing demeanor
- ability to delegate effectively and manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously
