Our agency client in NYC is looking for an Account Director with knowledge of Account Based Marketing and experience in B2B industries (Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) to join their team full time.

This role is remote to start and a great opportunity to join and help build a growing team!

Account Director Responsibilities:
- Lead Accounts for B2B clients in Healthcare, Finance, Insurance with a focus on Digital
- Take existing business, build lasting relationships and grow the accounts
- Review campaign/ account analytics, provide insights and suggestions for improvement/ optimization
- Work with team to develop Creative ideas and solutions for the clients
- Manage and mentor Account Managers

Account Director Requirements:
- 8+ years experience in Account management
- Experience working with B2B clients ideally in healthcare, finance or insurance
- Knowledge in Account Based Marketing
- Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to drive leads, adoption and accelerate growth
- Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with stakeholders
- Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer
- Self-motivated, confident, and independent and attention to detail; determined to grow business
- Problem solver willing to collaborate proactively
