Our client, a toy company, is looking for an organized Senior Product Developer to join their team onsite, Point Pleasant, full time.

Reporting to the Product Director and Co Founder - the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

- Bringing ideas and participating in team meetings
- Working autonomously to conduct market trend research and come up with new product ideas
- Ability to communicate clearly on needs with engineers and abroad design team
- Collaborating with in house Graphic Designers to review ideas and bring them to life
- Prepare presentations and showrooms for trade shows
- Looking through different types of packing for unique design and packaging concepts
- Working on spec sheets
- Ability to organize projects and prioritize while delivering quality products on time
- Ability to mentor Junior associates and delegate tasks

To be successful the Senior Product Developer will have:

- 5-10 years of experience within a Product Developer role
- Highly organized and proven Project Management capabilities
- Past experience in the Toy industry a STRONG plus
- Fashion forward and creative with a passion for market trends and research
- BASIC Creative Suite knowledge preferred
- Prior Packaging experience (not design but concept)
- Prior Merchandising or Industrial experience transferable
- Showroom experience a plus
- Fluent in Chinese a plus
