Our client is a luxury real estate developer, and they are seeking an energetic Marketing Manager to join their Marketing team.

Please note that this role is onsite at the clients office. The team is open to this person working from home when necessary.

The Marketing Manager will work alongside our Market Director as well as members of the Leasing, Development, Operations and Hospitality teams to support a growing portfolio of properties and projects, assisting with a full spectrum of marketing initiatives.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual who can handle being in a fast-paced environment. This role is a crucial part of the team, working across both B2C and B2B projects. You’ll need to be able to assist with multiple projects across various departments and your responsibilities will range from strategic to tactical to drive awareness and market positioning as it relates to driving traffic and meeting occupancy goals. These may include content creation, administrative work, copywriting, community management, social media, partnership marketing, website management, event programming, creation of marketing collateral, project management, and more.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- particularly Excel and Powerpoint
• 2-3 years of marketing & real estate experience
• Design skills – Adobe Photoshop, Canva or Illustrator – a plus
• CMS experience a plus
• Photography experience a plus
• Sophisticated design sense/ luxury understanding and aesthetic
• Must be able to project manage, multi-task, and work to deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and alongside a team
