Digital Product Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is a major financial corporation seeking a Digital Product Manager to join the Customer Experience Technology team. This is a 1-year assignment that starts remotely and may extend/convert for the right long-term fit.

The Digital Product Manager must have:
- At least 4 years of product management experience, including running envisioning sessions
- Hands-on proficiency with agile practices and a PM tool, such as JIRA
- Knowledge of current digital wealth management trends
- Familiarity with Design Thinking concepts and principles
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- Experience in the financial services/retirement industry

The Digital Product Manager will:
- Collect info from stakeholders on end-to-end customer experience
- Challenge traditional thinking and create lo-fi prototypes
- Serve as cross-functional leader and collaborate closely with design, engineering, business, and product teams
- Help meet company objectives and fuel growth using products as funnel to increase individual customer base
- Partner to develop digital features that provide significant value to customers and remove friction
- Lead creation of Digital UX using market trends and customer insights
- Integrate data analytics, product metrics, UX research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to prioritize initiatives
- Partner with workstream leads for delivery
- Run envisioning sessions as needed
