Our client, a health and lifestyle brand is currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team Fulltime!

This position will be remote to start and eventually be onsite in the NYC office.

As the Growth Marketing Manager you should be a results driven marketing leader with deep experience in global digital marketing, a strong background in customer acquisition, data-driven decision-making, and media planning and buying. You are passionate about measuring performance and ROI, and respect brand integrity
and vision. You have a demonstrated ability to be creative, to initiate, and launch effective marketing programs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and support aggressive timelines.

Growth Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive brand awareness, new customer acquisition and scale paid marketing efforts,driving profitable sales across brick & mortar retail partners and the website
- Oversee digital agency and manage paid social, SEM, display, affiliate growth and channel, media, audience testing strategy and performance
- Manage paid media budget, reporting, forecasting providing key insights and future recommendations
- Work across Creative, Brand and Content to deliver compelling paid media campaigns and messaging on site that fits the brand directive and positioning and meets financial objectives
- Own website performance, testing, landing page/campaign development, billing and Shopify related apps - monitoring site speed, conversion rate, customer AOV, LTV and any indirect or direct fees and managing CRO agency
- Develop and manage digital calendar, coordinating new product launches/pre-orders, ad campaigns, promotions & seasonal sale creative/SMS and emails across Creative, Brand and CRO Agency.
- Liaise with Brand, Sales and Ops on product inventory, promotion, shipping and key campaign/site/spend changes
- Responsible for coordinating reporting and tracking across channels, partners in Google Analytics and with Analytics Agency
- Make the website a best in class, profitable ecommerce destination that delivers a unique, compelling customer experience - including loyalty program, referrals, partnerships etc.

Growth Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing including media buying, campaign optimization, site management, affiliate marketing
- Experience / knowledge of the fitness / health wellnes / beauty industry is a plus
- E-commerce experience
- Proficient in Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau and all paid social channels (instagram, facebook, tiktok, Shopify)
- Experience managing multiple agencies
- Must have managed media budget and had P&L responsibility
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data to develop and measure campaign performance
- Comfortable with advanced Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis
- Experience managing competing priorities and using metrics to drive business decisions
