Our client, a popular D2C brand, is looking for a full-time Director of Marketing to join their growing team!

The Director of Marketing will:
-develop new / innovative ways for them to expand brand awareness among target segments
-own brand marketing calendar, track campaign effectiveness, and report on brand metrics
-create / manage partnerships to increase reach / amplify brand influence
-lead briefing / collaboration with agency partners and in-house talent
-provide direction / leadership to build a team, and ensure campaigns are on-brand
-quantitative + qualitative research, utilizing focus groups and surveys

The Director of Marketing has:
-ideally 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and / or brand development
-managed a team of 6+ direct reports
-proven experience creating campaigns across many different formats optimized for brand shifts, and overall sales impact
-strong organizational skills, and track record of entrepreneurial projects
-any experience in B2B audiences / messaging is a huge plus
