Our Tech / Social Media giant client is currently seeking a experienced Communications / Change Management professional to build and run change management for internal product and program launches.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communication with key stakeholders and leadership to inform, align, and gain buy-in for new internal product launches
- Develop partnerships and resource materials to promote advocacy of our products and programs
- Design and develop marketing for go-to-market and beyond to ensure high activation and retention rates
The Communications / Change Management Manager will be responsible for:
- Design and deliver go-to-marketing plans for new internal learning tools, focusing on educating audiences on where and how new tools fit into the existing stack of resources, programs, and leadership directives
- Manage training/education on new tools/programs through demos, resource materials, other content, etc
- Develop risk mitigation and management plans, and support mechanisms
- Utilize analysis, data collection, and feedback efforts to gain insights into change efforts
- Design, develop, and implement an enterprise-wide change management playbook
The Communications / Change Management Manager will have the following:
- 2+ years of experience in product marketing, change management, or a 2+ years in a similar role
- Strong change management / communications background
- Experienced in managing complex stakeholder and partner relationships
- Will be research and data focused
- Passion for building strategy and processes from scratch
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence leadership and other stakeholders
- Knowledge and understanding of change management strategies, methodologies, and practices
- Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations
- Experienced in using research and data to drive decisions - Excellent writing and content development skills
- Positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude and a team player
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in change management (such as ADKAR), project management, or related areas
- Experience working in a learning / training environment
