User Experience Designer - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is the Design Operations team of a major financial corporation seeking a UX Designer for a 1-year contract that start remotely and will likely extend or convert to full-time. This Designer will focus on Self-Service and report to a UX Manager.

The UX Designer must have:
- 4+ years of product or UX design experience
- Experience exploring Design Thinking tools such as ideation, qualitative research and synthesis, or collaborative workshop facilitation)
- Proficiency in XD, InVision, and similar tools
- Some experience working in Agile/Lead UX concepts and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Portfolio displaying thought process (challenge/solution)

The UX Designer will:
- Identify customer needs and organize them into user flows and digital touch-points self-service
- Partner with product, development, and stakeholders to design improvements for digital product experiences
- Create and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes aligned with objective, scenario, and journey
- Create new design standards and patterns
- Be responsible for wireframing, sketching, prototyping, experience strategy, sitemapping, visual UI design/comps, experience mapping, userflows, data visualization & communication, user testing, etc.)
