Our client is a world leading project development and construction group located in New York City. They need a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to start immediately.
In this role you will be assisting with business development efforts and enforce corporate branding standards across all projects. You will be working with the greater marketing team to manage, write and produce deliverables for client qualifications, proposals and presentations. This will include making any edits to the content of the proposals - formatting resumes, copy editing, adjusting general layout and making creative suggestions. You will be working heavily in InDesign as this is where all of the teams proposals are created.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience, ideally from a firm that focused on engineering, architecture or corporate real estate.
- Must have previous proposal experience
- Copy editing skills
- Experience using InDesign, Photoshop, and SharePoint
