Project Manager: Experience UX/CX team - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is the Customer Experience department of a major tech company seeking a Project Manager to join the operations team. This is a remote, 40-hour/week, 6-month contract to start, likely extension.

The CX Operations Project Manager must have:
- 3+ years of experience managing technical projects for consumer or service products
- Solid understanding of design best practices for all digital channels
- Bachelor's degree (PMP is bonus)
- Skills with Google Suite and ability to create presentations
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools including Sketch, Figma, InVision, Framer, Principle, Flinto, etc.

The CX Operations Project Manager will primarily:
- Manage programs/portfolios for Experience Design led workstreams, facilitate and execute processes on projects, and collaborate with other teams
- Manage intake operations, capacity planning, and onboarding in agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments
- Craft and implement activities for change management
