Our client, a digital consumer-focused social impact platform, is looking for a freelance Senior Manager, Paid Social and Display with deep experience in social and paid display advertising to join their team on an open ended basis.

In this role, the Senior Manager, Paid Social and Display will be responsible for the planning, strategy and buying of paid social and display as well as overseeing a team of 4. Specific responsibilities include:

- developing and implementing strategies across paid media and social: Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- recommending digital buys and display advertising; testing media buys with different partners
- managing six and seven figure paid search and paid media budgets
- suggest and test bidding strategies
- oversee team of 4 social and media team members

Requirements for the Senior Manager, Paid Media include:

- 10+ years of paid social experience, preferably in a media agency or overseeing a D2C brand's paid media
- deep knowledge of paid media and social platforms: Pinterest, Facebook, IG, LinkedIn, etc.
- can take direction from executive leadership, develop strategies, make recommendations and execute
- Facebook certification is a plus!
- ability to manage and mobilize existing team; can learn and understand each person's strengths quickly
- positive, hard-working and resilient; can navigate change well and thrive in a startup-like environment
