Our client, the internal agency of a global CPG brand, is looking for a freelance Agency Project / Brand Manager to join their team on a permalance basis.

In this hybrid role, the Agency Project / Brand Manager will have creative ownership over a specific brand's projects, looking at marketing projects from a strategic, commercially saavy and creative lens while managing them from concpet to execution. Acting as the main point of contact for internal clients and managing a small creative team and external production partners, you'll lead special projects that encompass creative visions through video, photo, social and digital projects.

Additional responsibilities include:

- managing creative projects from concept through execution
- creating schedules, timelines, managing budgets and allocating resources
- overseeing creative and production teams
- working directly with internal account and marketing stakeholders
- executing small production shoots

Requirements for the Agency Project / Brand Manager include:

- 3-5 years of client-facing account, brand and project management and / or production experience
- deep understanding of marketing strategy and creative project management for digital, social, ecommerce, photo and video shoots, etc.
- strong client-facing demeanor
- experience managing small budgets and working with production teams
- scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset combined with excellent organization and communication skills
