Our client is looking for a Senior Research and Insights Consultant to join their team starting in February.

What you'll be doing as the Senior Research and Insights Consultant:
- Acting as the the expert in primary research methodologies and designing approaches to measure impact across program execution, brand tracking and creative performance.
- Working closely with the strategy team to understand program objectives and target audiences to develop a primary research approach that measures impact of events and activations on consumer perceptions, intentions and behaviour.
- Collaborating with production teams to deploy their research plans ensuring data collected will allow for the measurement of program objectives.
- Managing the analysis of the results and demonstrating the impact to clients through integrated reporting.
- Working with clients to develop appropriate/realistic KPIs and targets for a specific brief.
- Presenting quantitative research approaches to clients within pitch teams.
- Identifying and sourcing control groups.
- Linking consideration and intent survey results with product prices to estimate the revenue impact of events.

Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of relevant experience working in research, strategy, insights or similar role.
- Intimate understanding of best practice in research methodologies, survey and data collection techniques.
- Understanding of experiential or events industry or similar area.
- Confident presenter.
- Proven track record of identifying realistic KPIs and metrics.
- Highly skilled an analyzing data and drawing insight and conclusions.
