Social Media Manager - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our technology nonprofit client is seeking a part time Social Media Manager to join their team! This will be around 25 hours of work per week, and completely remote.

Responsibilities of the Social Media Manager:
- manage social media content calendar + content pipeline, and write, edit, and schedule on-brand content (primarily organic)
-develop creative social media campaigns to drive support including funding and partnerships, and recruit volunteers
-monitor social channels for mentions, questions, and opportunities (provide timely responses)
-develop social media metrics based on competitive analysis, monitor performance metrics, and continually adjust strategies to meet goals
-create social media reports and compile data into actionable insights for each social media strategy

Requirements of the Social Media Manager:
- 4-5 years of experience in social media, and experience working with Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
-strong writing skills, and proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, etc.)
-experience with social media benchmarks, reporting, and analysis
-ability to articulate the client's mission / values
