Our client, a consumer tech startup, is looking for a fulltime Growth Marketing Manager to join their team!

The Growth Marketing Manager will:
-help optimize and scale our existing acquisition channels, while uncovering new promising channels to acquire high-quality users (e.g., partnerships, influencer marketings, etc)
-have a deep understanding of their product and users, and spearhead new product features / experiences that drive growth-driving user actions (e.g., referrals, deposits, account openings, content shares)
-perform in-depth analysis / audit on the current business model to identify areas of friction, and work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to conduct tests
-help manage the key analytics reports that the org uses to make critical product and business decisions, and will be the gatekeeper of our data and insights

The Growth Marketing Manager has:
-5+ years of experience playing a critical role on a high-velocity marketing team (huge plus if that has been in consumer tech)
-proven knowledge of using analytics / insights to strategize growth marketing initiatives (any previous experience in SEO / SEM / email marketing is a huge plus)
-ability to devise highly effective programs to acquire and drive growth and bring a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices (ideally you have owned growth marketing channels and driven demonstrable results.
-experience with driving growth across the lifecycle (acquisition, activation, upsell, retention)
- expertise in quantitative/qualitative analysis, and can see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our product
