A non-profit client in Washington, D.C., is looking for a freelance to full-time Marketing Coordinator to assist the marketing department with marketing admin tasks related to webinars, workshops, presentations, and promotions.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Handle logistics and coordination of speakers and attendees for webinars and conferences
- Create schedules for online events and ensure speakers/external vendors supply relevant information on time
- Create, edit, and schedule email promotions in HubSpot
- Manage deadlines for promotional materials, exhibition collateral, and presentations are met
- Handle the packing and shipping exhibit materials
- Format Power Point slides for presentations using company template
- Maintain inventory of marketing materials - work with outside printer to ensure ample inventory is on hand
- Assist with researching and proofreading news/blog articles

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience
- Must be an excellent writer
- All applicants MUST provide writing samples
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and have a strong attention to detail
- Experience conducting surveys is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Power Point, Excel and Word)
- Previous experience coordinating exhibit materials and - exhibit space
- Ability to handle multiple projects on deadline
