A client of ours in Aberdeen is seeking a Technical Proposal Editor to join their team. The ideal candidate could be in the office 1-3 times per week (Wednesdays at the very least!), but much of the work can be completed remotely.

- Ability to understand and interpret relevant levels of technical specifications and translate them into comprehensive features and benefits for consumers
- Understand and interpret technical manuals/data
- Plan, execute and document technical work and projects
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Produce and publish quality proposals via providing structured writing, editing, and formatting for all documents
- Provide regular status reports on various projects
- Polish documents by ensuring all figures are cross referenced in the text, table designs are consistent, page breaks in ideal spots, updating table of contents, etc.

- Experience with technical writing and/or proposal responses
- Degree in writing/journalism
- SharePoint
- Microsoft Suite
- Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe CC is a plus!
- US Citizenship required - eligible for clearance
