Our client, a well-known high-end real estate company is seeking a Strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join their team in their Long Island office, full time.

*You must have a car to drive to the office, there is a free parking lot*

Please note, this role will start off remotely, but will eventually be onsite in Long Island.

Strategic Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all agent related marketing experiences and drive strategic initiatives to grow brand awareness in the Long Island market (including annual marketing plan, positioning, advertising, research, etc.)
- Utilize paid media and social media tools to come up with and then push out campaigns in the region, must have a strong understanding of paid media and digital display ads
- Ideate and concept new ideas for campaigns, be proactive and lead the marketing initiatives for Long Island with support from design team
- Work with Director of Marketing, on the development and implementation of policies and procedures that will continually improve the agent marketing experience (create efficiencies on agent process)
- Work closely with the CD to ensure that brand creative and collateral/look/feel across key touch points and specific to the marketplace
- Work cross functionally with corporate and regional marketing staff to develop, gather and deliver agent marketing needs
- Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all initiatives while ensuring all projects meet expectations with respect to quality, budget, delivery timelines, and strategy
- This position will be heavily focused on brand management, agent retention, digital content creation / campaigns, social media management as well as assisting the real estate team with various marketing tasks

Strategic Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 6+ years of strategic marketing experience within lifestyle or luxury verticals
- Proficiency and strong understanding of how to utilize paid social media ads and display ads
- Experience developing out campaigns for brand awareness working working with regional teams for consistency in overall marketing plans
- Strategic thinking and developing market specific based media campaigns are critical for this role
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to manage 1 direct report and work closely with many agents and regional teams as needed
- Excellent communication, time and project management skills
- Ability to be innovative, resourceful and proactive
- Strong ability to problem-solve with the ability to work effectively, efficiently, and independently in a deadline-driven, dynamic work environment
