Our social media giant client is seeking a Global Creative Lead to join their team!

The IDEAL candidate will be an award-winning Creative Director from an Art or Copy Background.

This is a remote role that starts 2/22 and will last for 3 months.

Global Creative Lead Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead exceptional creative across multiple products and services
- Responsible for Marketing solutions across various industries at a senior executive level
- Work cross-functionally with Industry leaders, Sales, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to develop global messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Consult with Industry Leaders and Product Marketing to help shape product development
- Inspire regional creative teams in the development of work in our product portfolio
- Build collaborative relationships with creative partners globally
- Bring curiosity, grit, creativity, empathy, and passion every day to the team and this role
- Partner with lead clients and agency creatives to create best-in-class, mobile-first creative work
- Help define the value of the creative team as a resource to clients and the creative industry
- Recognize and develop highly conceptual ideas for client's business and brands
- Be a reliable, generous partner to Sales team and multiple cross-functional internal teams
- Work cross-functionally with Industry Leaders, Sales, Product Marketing and Engineering teams to develop global messaging and go-to-market strategies
- Inspire clients, agencies and Creative Shop teams to evolve and improve the quality of creativity on the platform

Global Creative Lead Requirements:
- 10+ years of creative agency experience in a Creative Director role. Can be from an Art or Copy background.
- Experience working directly with senior level clients and managing creative teams
- Experience working in a role with a complex and highly effective collaborative structure
- Demonstrated knowledge of products, tools and executional strategies
- Experience motivating and managing a creative team
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Experience communicating the benefit of marketing strategies to large brands
- Experience in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience in marketing, advertising, content/creative development
- Skilled storyteller with experience communicating the benefit of marketing strategies to large brands
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating product information into client value propositions
- Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Must have a strong portfolio to share with award winning campaigns
