Print Traffic Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, an agency that supports a large pharmaceutical company, is seeking a freelance Print Traffic Manager who has agency experience, to assist their team, remotely and onsite, in Northern New Jersey.

Their office is not easily commutable by public transportation and right now this role is onsite 2 days/week, Mondays and Wednesdays. Eventually this role will be onsite 5 days/week but right now it's work from home Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays (roughly 9-5 but some later nights may be needed).

Traffic Managers without at ad agency experience will not be considered so please do not apply without it! No digital experience needed, this is only for print projects.

The Traffic Manager will work with multiple account and creative folks, building timelines and estimates while managing many projects through digital routing systems in order to keep projects on track.

Traffic Manager Details:
- Ad agency experience is required, at least a few years
- Experience working in in ProofHQ / Workfront preferred - MS Project experience is a plus
- Pharma experience is a plus but not required
- High paced environment and not for the faint of heart
- Help resources manage workloads and provide solves to issues on projects
- Problem solving – instead of just saying no, find an alternative
- Soft skills: not timid, can keep team accountable and balance workloads
- Detail and process oriented amidst a high energy environment

A lot of their tools are web based but they will provide a computer for onsite and at-home use; an work cell phone can be provided if desired.
