Our client, the consumer banking division of a global finance company, is looking for a Content Designer to join their team on a freelance to full time basis.

***Please note, in order to be considered for this role, you must be commutable to Wilmington, DE or willing to relocate. Team members will be required to be onsite at least part-time post-COVID. This will eventually be a mix of onsite and offsite and could be commutable from Philadelphia.***

In this role, the Content Designer will be a key member of the Product Design team, responsible for helping with the conceptualization, design and execution of social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn and email. Your goal will be to help drive user acquisition and engagement through compelling, creative, effective, high quality design assets. Responsibilities include:

- assisting with social campaign concepts and execution, leading design elements for social
- committing to understanding and application of customer / performance data to optimize creative
- develop boundary-pushing creative that drives business impact
- collaborate across compliance, brand, product and engineering teams to ensure creative follows brand and regulatory requirements
- ensure social guidelines are enforced

Requirements for the Content Designer include:

- at least 1 year of professional digital design experience in an agency or innovation team
- experience creating social content, both static and animated
- strong skills in Figma and the Creative Suite
- savvy social media user with a deep understanding of latest social and digital trends
- intellectually curious, excellent project management, organization, and interpersonal skills
- experience managing social media presences a plus; experience with social listening tools a plus
- interest in personal and consumer finance
- Bachelors degree
