Our client, a boutique marketing communications agency, is looking to hire an Account Manager to join their team, freelance to fulltime.

Please note, this is a fully remote opportunity to join a small and very collaborative team with a focus on technology and B2B clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, as the liaison between client and internal teams
- Responsible for client management and communication, scheduling meetings, overseeing budgets and, building strong and trusting relationships
- Clients are all B2B and within technology, work to understand B2B marketing and help clients achieve appropriate solutions (white papers, video tools etc)
- Work very close and collaboratively with the internal teams to ensure all points in client briefs are delivered upon in a timely manner, to scope and on budget while updating clients along the way
- Define scope of work and deliverables, identify when work is out of scope and alert key team members / complete internal process
- Track the progress of all projects, keeping client informed and working closely with the team to adhere to deadlines / milestones
- Ability to lead/ moderate client (zoom) calls’ and apply critical thinking/ problem solving as needed

Account Manager Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience account management ideally coming from in house with experience working with technology or B2B clients, looking to work with a small hands on team
- MUST be professional, dedicated and able to engage effectively with clients and internal team of all levels (leadership partners are very hands on here)
- Must be detail oriented, very organized, be proactive and have the ability to multitask / be resourceful
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, articulate and poised
- Must feel comfortable working collaboratively with a small tight team, willing and able to provide insights and ideas for new ways to generate business and contribute to the team
