Our client, a growing digital innovation agency, is looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to join their team, full time.

This is a unique opportunity to join a close-knit, rapidly growing, collaborative organization working with large corporate clients. You will be eligible for annual bonus and profit share after 1 year. This role will be offsite to start, and eventually transition onsite.

The Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Project management for a portfolio of projects (mostly websites/ intranets/ platforms): planning, timelines, delivery, resourcing, budgeting, issues/risk management
- Leading strategy sessions, discovery sessions and moving forward the production of assets.
- Professional communications with internal team and client, and external vendors, providing guidance and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Identify, tracking, and resolving project issues and risks; describing possible impacts and providing possible solutions
- Leading and facilitating client meetings, relationships, and status reporting
- Provide sales support for new business pitches, RFP, SOW and estimate development, and sales meetings
- Create process/data flows, requirements, test documentation, and other project deliverables, as necessary
- Assist with Account management and planning as requested.
- Leading and/or participating in process improvement, documentation standards, knowledge sharing, and best practice initiatives
- Mentoring and/or directly managing delivery staff

The Senior Digital Project Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 3-4+ Years in Project Management role at a digital consulting firm or agency (or in-house digital transformation role managing client/ account relationships).
- Experience managing cross functional teams for tech and design resources
- Experience leading strategy sessions, discovery sessions and moving forward the production of assets.
- Experience successfully delivering large and complex digital projects, in a client-facing or consultant role
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Outstanding working knowledge of delivery methodologies (such as Scrum/Agile, traditional waterfall, etc.), change management principles, process improvement strategies, and performance evaluation processes
