A client in Bethesda, MD is looking for a Brand Loyalty Trainer to help their team for a year long contract.

- Provide a high level of specialized loyalty knowledge to support discipline objectives.
- Assist in leading the execution of loyalty initiatives related to the overall strategy for training delivery across all brands and disciplines.
- Be accountable for developing operating plans and processes within its respective areas.
- Oversee the execution of learning deliverables to ensure program alignment.
- Work closely with key business partners/stakeholders to define the overall short and long-term learning strategies that support the business objectives.
- Be accountable for delivery of Loyalty training
- Work with the corporate training team to influence delivery methods, resources, and timing
- Coordinate and facilitate Loyalty training to include in-person and virtual training delivery
- Deploy and deliver in person training
- Drive and monitor Loyalty training compliance
- Manage all training delivery projects/programs and ensure resources are appropriately allocated to meet project deadlines, changing business, and/or market needs.
- Assist in the development of training delivery strategies
- Provides recommendations to improve the effectiveness of training delivery processes or programs.
- Communicate training delivery strategies
- Establish measures of success, builds agreement within the team and holds the training team accountable for meeting high standards of training delivery.
- Utilize strong training and field experience to ensure training meets the needs of the audiences represented
- Determine priorities, schedules, plans
- Analyze information and evaluate results

- Travel required up to 75%
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong discipline experience (Sales, Marketing or background in training and learning a plus).
- Ability to influence others
- Strong project management skills.
- Comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and change.
- External industry engagement and social media literacy.
- Experience with guest services, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, management operations or related professional area.
