Our client, a global financial data organization, is looking for a full time Associate Marketing Director to join their team, starting in early 2021.

The Associate Product Marketing Director must have deep experience with B2B marketing, specifically in the lead generation space. In this role, you will be responsible for developing marketing plans for multiple products that increase adoption, generate new leads and ultimately enhance sales. You must have a deep understanding of multi-channel digital marketing channels, including social media (LinkedIn and Twitter), Google Adwords, SEO, Marketo, CRM tools, etc. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on a small, relatively new team.

A hallmark of success in the first 90 days will be your ability to learn the multiple product lines, value propositions and build relationships with key stakeholders and the global Sales team.

Responsibilities for the Associate Product Marketing Director include:

- Own the development and implementation of product- and line of business-specific strategic marketing and communications plans - Develop relationships with product and sales teams to identify targets and develop effective campaigns to create MQLs that convert to pipeline - Deliver multi-channel lead generation and product marketing campaigns for defined targets/personas
- Identify and create the content needed to execute campaigns
- Measure and own key metrics, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline; make recommendations based on performance
Requirements for the Associate Marketing Director include:

- 7-10 years of professional marketing experience, with deep experience in the B2B marketing space and understanding of enterprise products and lead generation
- Experience supporting sales teams
- Naturally independent, confident, curious
- Deep experience in digital tools and marketing automation
- Experience in financial services a plus!
- A strong communicator with the ability to present ideas and build relationships
- Proven experience bringing campaigns to market, targeting specific audiences via various channels
