Our agency client is looking for their next Marketing Automation Manager! This is a direct-hire opportunity.

The role:
- With the account team, you will consult with clients on best practices in their marketing automation campaigns
- Manage the day-to-day tasks within Marketo, including campaign set up, monitoring, maintenance, optimization
- Ensure that lead routing + scoring processes are in accordance with clients' key goals and objectives
- Report on metrics and analytics

The ideal candidate:
- 4+ years'+ digital marketing experience
- 2+ years' experience working directly with marketing automation systems
- Marketo experience (certification would be ideal)**
- Experience in multiple other DSPs, including Hubspot, SendGrid, Silverpop/Acoustic, and/or Marketing Cloud
- Able to understand the big picture of marketing automation and help sell the importance to clients
- Help optimize and create best practice processes
- Capable of coding with HTML, CSS and Javascript and can implement new email templates

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Agile/SCRUM familiarity
- Data Studio experience for reporting + analytics
