Our agency client is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager + Account Director to add to their team.

In this role you will be the management of several clients, developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a small agency team. This will include:
· Build and manage relationships with clients and agency partners
· Lead the creation of annual marketing plans. Identify target audiences, establish positioning, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
· Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
· Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and use marketing best practices to build successful strategies
· Analyze syndicated category and product sales results, helping to translate and identify trends, opportunities, and selling stories for retailers.
· Help clients create sales forecasts based on retailer distribution and performance.
· Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience working as a Marketing Manager or Director within the CPG Health & Beauty industry. You must have consumer marketing experience for branded products including brand management, P&L management, and cross-functional brand or product team leadership. Prefer experience managing nationally advertised brands.
• Well-developed leadership skills including the ability to inspire others, set direction/vision, drive innovation, get results through others, manage change, develop organization/team, coach, supervise and develop others.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
• Proven experience designing interactive applications and networking platforms
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Established press and media contacts

This is a full-time opportunity that is currently offsite with the hopes to be onsite later this year when safe.
