Our global, digital agency client is looking for a Director of Marketing and Communications to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis in a brand new position.
As their Director of Marketing & Communications, you'll be:
- Leading the go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and services.
- Develop scalable growth strategy through direct sales channels (ie: channel partnerships).
- Responsible for MQL, SQL, opportunity and revenue targets. Drive goals, projects, and marketing activities towards objectives.
- Define, measure and report the performance of all paid marketing channels and campaigns including the evaluation based on ROI and KPI goals.
- Reporting Directly into C-Suite Executives and acting as "Player/Coach" for building out Marketing Team.
- Develop and drive brand positioning, bringing a clear and consistent way to target audiences.
Skills and experience:
- 7+ years' experience as a B2B marketing and communications management for a SaaS product company, agency or digital solutions company.
- A strong grasp and expertise level in digital content including digital video, OTT, mobile application development and more!
- Proven track record of defining targets and delivering on KPIs.
- Proficient in sales and marketing technology including Salesforce or similar CRM management software.
- Proficient in demand generation tools including Hubspot, DemandBase, etc.
