Our client, a full-service Marketing Agency, is seeking a Digital Ads Manager to assist their team until the end of the year with the possibility to extend.

If you are able to both execute and optimize on DSPs (Demand Side Platforms), you value teamwork, and you are looking to get your foot in the door with a great agency, this role is for you!

This role is remote and a workstation will be provided.

The Digital Ads Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid media campaigns for a global retail brand
- Manage and execute day to day programmatic campaign
strategy, maintaining budgets and recommending optimizations in support of client goals and innovation
- Develop strong working relationships with vendors to stay up to date on new ad offerings and test opportunities
- Analyze data to write insights and recommendations to inform client action
- Identify the areas that can be optimized and execute optimization
- Assist media strategist with creating media plans to achieve client goals
- Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools, including but not limited to GDN, and DSPs such as DV360, and Amazon
- Identify emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

The Digital Ads Manager will have the following qualifications:
- 1-2+ years’ experience in programmatic buying experience via a DSP (Demand Side Platform) such as DV360, and Amazon
- Experience working on direct response/performance marketing campaigns
- An elevated mathematical/analytical aptitude with proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of programmatic and social platforms and their ad offerings
- Ability to pull reports to inform insights and build client-facing decks
- Ability to work nonstandard hours when necessary, anticipate issues and communicate with diplomacy
