Digital Creative Lead - WFH during Covid-19

Our client is a marketing team of a major financial institution seeking a Digital Creative Lead to join the team for a 40-hour/week, ongoing role that will start remotely for now and ideally convert to full-time sometime in 2021 for the right long-term fit.

The Digital Creative Lead will:
- Lead the development and optimization of digital creative B2C acquisition campaigns
- Manage projects primarily for paid digital media assets and landing pages, plus websites, ads, and social media
- Liaise with digital marketing team and internal design staff to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget
- Provide strategic insight on briefs and manage creative development process with external agency partners
- Review market conditions and apply analytics to improve response rates and optimize digital experiences for clients

The Digital Creative Lead must have:
- 3+ years of experience working with DIGITAL creative B2C acquisition campaigns (paid digital media and landing page development and optimization)
- Experience generating creative briefs, messaging, development and strategy
- Experience working closely with creative agencies
- Experience analyzing reports to optimize digital design experiences (knowledge of Adobe Analytics is a plus)
- Knowledge of MS Word and Adobe CS
