A Client of ours is looking for UX Strategist to join their team in Washington DC.

-The UX Strategist will be responsible for planning and creating end-to-end employee experiences designed to support better customer interactions.
-Partner with research teams to use behavioral research and data in identifying unmet employee needs.
-Understand human-centered design and UX practices.
-UX Strategist should have interest in partnering with UX designers on journey maps and user flows.
-Identify and present opportunities for supporting employee motivation and equipping them with insights to maximize opportunities to building and deepen client relationships.
-Translate and address complex employee needs with simple solutions that are scalable and digital.
-Collaborate with cross-functional team members on strategy sessions, ideation, definition and testing of new employee experiences and product concepts.
-Use agile and LEAN methodologies to work iteratively, supporting continuous learning and collaboration with partners

UX Strategist Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
-Financial Industry experience a plus
-Experience and passion for design-thinking and customer experience
-Strong mix of quantitative, qualitative and problem-solving skills
-Comfort in operating in a small, start-up like environment set in a large, highly complex organization
