Our client, a leader in the digital radio and music space is seeking a Product Manager to join their team from October 2020

This is a remote role, 40 hours a week for 4+ months

The Product Manager will be responsible for:
- Working with the digital team to enhance "content discovery" within the website
- Create product requirements based on data-driven opportunities
- Define requirements in support of the key functions/areas for Chat and FAQs/Knowledge Base.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems, and construct high-level product epics, features and user stories features
- Work with analytics and UX teams to aggressively test and optimize Chat and FAQs/knowledge areas of the site

The ideal Product Manager has:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing/ online product marketing
- Strong background in user acquisition, retention, and subscription product marketing
- Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Atlassian Tools (Jira/ Confluence)
- Understanding of Audience Segmentation & Targeting Tools
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and rituals
- Strong technical skills and able to conduct QA/ UAT sessions
- Experienced working with cross platfrom publishing (JSON/API's) and working with content management systems
- Experience creating and supporting Product Roadmaps
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill dense information simply.
