Our client, a major financial and insurance institution, is looking for an Email Marketing Associate to join their team.

This role is REMOTE to start and a workstation will be provided.

The Email Marketing Associate will have the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand new email program requirements and translate to the Email Service Provider (ESP) for program build
- Create testing plans and perform rigorous quality assurance testing of email programs and campaigns to ensure appropriate segments, dynamic/static content, rendering, and data are resulting in expected cases across multiple email clients/ISPs (Outlook, Google, Hotmail, etc.).
- Develop and lead marketing performance reporting that will inform forecasting, benchmarking, and program performance
- Perform daily program and campaign monitoring against established baselines and identify trends and anomalies for further investigation
- Create and maintain data flow diagrams to ensure data integrity and data process understanding
- Develop, maintain, and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in the email platform while proactively identify opportunities and solutions to automate processes to drive efficient and effective email campaigns
- Partner closely with stakeholders to troubleshoot data/process issues and rectify in a timely manner
- Lead coding of email creative using data-driven dynamic elements and responsive design
- Be the subject matter expert on industry standards and best practices for email coding techniques to achieve correct rendering in all email environments and across ISPs
- Assist in marketing automation platform implementations as well as migrations between platforms

The Email Marketing Associate will have the following qualifications:
- 3+ years programming experience with one or more of the following enterprise marketing automation platforms: Oracle Responsys, Oracle Eloqua, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or a similar platform
- 2+ years HTML/CSS coding experience with focus on email best practices and responsive design
- Proficient knowledge of reporting, analytics, Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively, multi-task, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in a team setting, with a high degree of self-management with clear communication and commitment to delivery timelines, processes, and policies
- Must be able to leverage data to create workflows, segments, imports, exports, and working with 3rd party vendors to ensure ongoing program efficiency and campaign hygiene
