Paid Search Marketing Associate - Remote Freelance - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a major financial and insurance institution, is looking for a Paid Search Marketing Associate.

This role is REMOTE to start and a workstation will be provided.

The Paid Search Marketing Associate will:
- Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
- Perform day-to-day paid search campaign activities including bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, strategic testing, campaign expansion, etc.
- Act as Paid Search main point of contact for internal departments, and third-party providers; work with manager to spearhead collaboration, facilitate discussions, planning, and project management
- Assist with developing and executing market strategies for Paid Search campaigns, including developing test plans and risk/benefit analysis
- Monitor and contribute to performance across Google AdWords, Bing, and other search platforms
- Work with internal and external analytics teams to generate and analyze data and metrics across digital plans to develop data driven plan optimization recommendation
- Work with in-house Social and Display team to identify opportunities to drive incremental business volume (i.e. Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms)
- At times, offer creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates
- Monitor and share industry news and digital marketing trends with cross-functional marketing team

The Paid Search Marketing Associate will have the following qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on paid search
- Understanding of how paid search interacts with mobile, display, video, retargeting, audience segmenting, social, etc.
- Experience with and thorough understanding of SA360, Google AdWords, Microsoft Ads platform and Google Campaign Manager
- Sharp Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Chart building, etc.
- Great data analysis and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and make optimization recommendations based on data
