Our client, a boutique digital agency, is looking for a full time Paid Social and Search Manager to join their team.

In this role, the Paid Social and Search Manager will own planning, strategy, execution, reporting and analysis of paid social and search campaigns for a range of clients across industries. Please note, this role is entirely HANDS ON. Specific responsibilities include:

- owning paid search and social campaigns for clients through all stages
- setting up campaign pre-launch specs: client pixels, keyword strategy, custom audiences, etc.
- handling day-to-day campaign activities: bid management, feeds management, automation set up, performance monitoring, campaign restructures / segmentation, ad copy testing, etc.
- translating campaign initiatives into paid search and social strategies
- collaborating with creative, account and programmatic teams to develop ads and content
- leading new business pitches and assisting with client on-boarding as needed
- staying up-to-date with industry trends and technology

In order to be considered for this role, the Paid Social and Search Manager must have:

- 5+ years of AGENCY experience handling BOTH paid social and search campaigns
- fun, lively, client-facing personality with a go-getter attitude
- strong knowledge of industry platforms, including: Facebook / Instagram Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Twitter / TikTok / Snapchat Ads,YouTube, Waze, Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.
- proven experience setting, meeting and exceeding KPIs
- AdWords Certification and strong Excel skills
- ability to multitask and juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously
- Bachelors Degree
