Our client, a global financial company, is looking to hire a detail oriented Digital Marketing Director for a 6 month freelance role, remote to start and onsite eventually when the office reopens.

The Digital Marketing Director will be responsible for the development and tactical implementation of digital marketing initiatives across the Americas region with management oversight, coordination and implementation responsibilities globally as part of a larger digital team.

Digital Marketing Director Requirements:
- Develop and manage tactical digital marketing plans across a comprehensive set of digital channels in support of business objectives (e.g., awareness, engagement, lead generation, conversion and revenue)
- Evolve owned digital channels (e.g., website, SEO, email, social) leveraging new technologies and strategies to bring UBS CSO content to life and drive engagement
- Leverage paid digital channels (e.g., SEM, social, display, retargeting) to precisely target key audiences to drive lead generation efforts
- Partner with key WMA teams (e.g., Events, Segments, Research, Solutions, Branding, Corporate Social Media) to identify opportunities to leverage existing capabilities and enhance our digital marketing strategy
- Partner with Global Digital counterparts to help identify localized opportunities for digital content and activation and develop regional best practices
- Drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify KPIs, benchmarks and key levers that will inform new strategies to improve followers and engagement
- Project manage approvals across Legal, Compliance and RP24's to ensure all materials can be used by Advisors and/or shared directly with clients and prospects

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications required
- Minimum 10+ years of digital marketing experience in fast-paced demanding environment
- Experience and knowledge working within Financial Services preferred but not required
- Experience in building holistic digital marketing plans across paid, owned and earned channels
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to provide high-level guidance and tactical process-related instruction
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements
- Comfortable working with multiple functional groups and managing complex processes
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical and written communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented and creative problem solver
- Expert proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
