HubSpot Web Developer - Fully Remote/Off-site

Our tech client is looking for a freelance HubSpot Web Developer to assist their team 30-40 hours per week for the next 3 months minimum.

The HubSpot Web Developer has:

4+ years of experience developing marketing websites using HubSpot CMS
? Experience creating landing pages, blog, and email templates as well as custom
modules and dynamic content with HubDB
? Strong experience and understanding in site optimization and page performance with the
capability to recommend and instrument SEO-friendly best practices
? Digital Marketing experience in a high growth technology or startup environment
? Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and CSS
? Experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
? Experience in B2B marketing lead generation
Responsibilities:
? Manage updates to the user experience on Dataminr.com, and act as a go-to resource
for website updates, and will develop and update core site pages, content-specific
landing pages, blog posts, forms, Drift, and more
? Build campaign landing pages
? Work with internal team on HubSpot best practices regardless of their technical
knowledge
? Assume ownership of small page tweaks to the full redesign and re-formatting of existing
pages
? Continuously conduct A/B testing to improve key site performance metrics including form
conversion volume, landing page conversion rate, time-on-site, and pages/session
? Manage basic SEO tasks such as keyword research and on-page optimization
the broader Marketing organization
? Partner with Content Marketing team to publish content and promote it across the site
? Partner with Account Based Marketing team to personalize the website experience for
target accounts
? Partner with Marketing Operations team to onboard, deploy, and manage new marketing
technologies such as content management tools, ABM tools, video hosting tools, etc
