Digital Marketing Project Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a global financial company, is looking to hire a detail oriented Digital Marketing Project Manager for a 6 month freelance role, remote to start and onsite eventually when the office reopens.

The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development as well as the day-to-day tactical execution of a variety of creative campaigns across a variety of digital channels and platforms.

It is ultimately the Digital PM's responsibility to ensure delivery of excellent work on time and on brief.

Digital Marketing Project Manager Requirements:
– 5+ years experience as a program/project manager with a financial services firm or part of an in-house creative team or creative agency
– Digital marketing experience
– Excellent project planning and presentation skills and confidence with scoping and budgeting
– Proficiency in Workfront and strong skills in industry standard PMO software, workflows & tools
– Knowledge of investment and wealth management businesses and an understanding of financial services products and services is a plus

Digital Marketing Project Manager Responsibilities:
– Streamlining campaign production by managing planning and production processes, and identifying areas to improve efficiency and propose thoughtful and achievable solutions to address them
– Supporting the creation, documentation, and adoption of new business processes and aid or lead in the deployment and training of the marketing organization
– Project managing cross-functional marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including managing project intake briefs, ensuring all assets are finalized (e.g. emails, web pages, etc.), and hosting debrief sessions with marketers and business partners
– Managing, streamlining, and updating the marketing calendar with visibility into marketing initiatives and projects
– Ability to source and manage external agencies to ensure the proper execution of programs and campaign requirements; documented SLA’s are met and requests are prioritized where appropriate
– Delivering campaign stakeholders with an analysis of campaign performance with recommendations for continual optimization
– Serve as the point person to promote constant and effective communication of project status and progress, managing the overall project plan and stakeholders expectations
– Interface directly with legal, compliance and principal reviewers on marketing materials review and manage monthly legal and compliance filing and reporting process
