Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a Developer Support Specialist to join their team.

Top Responsibilities:
Support developers building on top of the Classroom API:
-Triage developer issues and requests.
-Manage early access programs.
-Improve documentation.
-Lead workshops to promote API updates or features.

Support EdTech and expand 3P partner integration with G Suite (primary focus on Classroom):
-Liaise between partners and G Suite teams.
-Advocate for API updates across G Suite APIs to better serve partner use cases.
-Triage partner issues and requests.
-Consolidate and communicate feedback from internal and external sources.

Ideal Qualifications
-BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
-4-6 years of experience in engineering/programming.
-Experience working with third party developer tools, APIs, SDKs, and client libraries.
-Hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or C++.
