Digital Marketing Manager - WFH during Covid-19

Our client, a well known global financial company, needs 6 months of freelance help from a Digital / Email Marketing Manager who is strong with Email Automation and Analytics and has hands on experience with Marketo.

Marketo experience is required (Marketo certification is a big plus).

The Digital Marketing Manager will manage multiple email campaigns simultaneously and make adjustments as needed to optimize results in order to nurture target audiences and build the brand.

Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience is required in digital / email marketing (some, if not all, of the years w/ Marketo)
- Strong knowledge of the various reports in Marketo: Email Insights, Revenue Explorer, Lead Life Cycle, Predictive Lead Scoring, Multi-Touch Attribution
- Strong knowledge in email operations and back end data structure
- Financial services experience is not required but is a plus

Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Overall email analytics, testing, tagging, auditing, implementation, best practices & enhancing the online experience
- Provide quarterly, monthly, and ongoing ad-hoc email reporting, including consumer engagement metrics, trends, test results and campaign performance
- Identify growth opportunities and turn data into actionable insights
- Develop post-send campaign write-ups that include the campaign goals, results, and recommendations or opportunities for optimizing future sends
- Adhere to automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, data cleansing and compliance
- Segment prospect database to develop targeted campaigns
- Test, deploy and continuously evaluate opportunities for improvement and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates and programs/campaign ROI
- Develop, execute, analyze, and report performance and actionable insights for email drip/nurture marketing campaigns, webinars, forms, landing pages and segmentation within Marketo marketing automation system
