Our client is the largest search engine giant, and they are currently seeking a UX Researcher to join their team.

Top Responsibilities:
-Plan and conduct research efforts (identify target audience, schedule study sessions, contextual inquiry, support workshops/sprints, etc.), collaborating with design, product management, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
-Work with stakeholders, designers, product managers, engineers, and other UX researchers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
-Analyze research data and provide tactical and strategic insights by applying a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, and by understanding and incorporating complex user, technical, and business requirements.
-Drive change by advocating research findings with actionable insights to diverse audiences through written reports, presentations, and hands-­on collaboration.
-Clearly communicate research agenda with cross-functional partners, understand and balance business requirements and technical constraints with user needs.

Ideal Qualifications:
-B.A./B.S. (completed) or M.A/M.S./Ph.D. (in progress or completed) in Human-Computer Interaction, Industrial Engineering, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Anthropology, Information Sciences, Human Factor Ergonomics, or a related field.
-Demonstrated understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.
-Track record of tactical and strategic (optional) research work that has directly impacted product, domain, or team direction or strategy. Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and ability to work fully independent.
